Reservations
A $500 CDN deposit is required to confirm your booking. Reservation may be paid by (International) money order or in the Netherlands a money transfer to: Postbank number 3330370. This deposit is applied to the rent and is non-refundable.
Payment
At the time the unit is picked up, the balance of the rent, preparation fee, mileage fee (if applicable), Insurance (See Insurance Options) and a security deposit need to be paid. Payment by Travellers checks, money order or cash.
Insurance
Included in the rental rates is a basic insurance with $3,000,000 Public Liability coverage. Residents of British Columbia are required to purchase ICBC Rental Insurance for app. $12.00 per day at any ICBC Insurance Agent.
For non-BC residents the below listed deductibles may be reduced with the purchase of an extra payment of $20 per day. Find below the deductables without and with extra payment.

while backing, up or Hit and Run. $ 5,000 $ 1000
All Insurance coverage is void if all loss and damage (regardless of whether renter is at fault or not) if not immediately reported to the Police and us. ALL CLAIMS must be submitted with a complete written report.
Security Deposit
A security deposit of $3,000 (or with the purchase of an extra insurance payment $1500) needs to be paid at check-in together with the rent. This deposit is refundable upon vehicle check-in provided motorhome is returned on time, undamaged, clean, complete with equipment, holding tanks empty and fuel tanks filled.
Vancouver Airport / Hotels
Pickup and drop-off is supplied at 100 CAD per trip. Prior arrangements must be made when booking the rental vehicle. Airport / Hotel pickup and drop-off will be no later then 5:00 p.m. Taxis and limousines are available for a rate of $185 per trip from Vancouver airport to Chilliwack.
Renters Responsibility
· We are not responsible for loss of refrigerator, furnace, lights etc. for low or dead auxiliary battery if you are not plugged into a 110-volt electrical campsite hook-up.
· Travel on gravel and logging roads, beaches, Mexico, Alaska, Yukon and Northwest Territories not permitted. Travel during winter freezing conditions requires the renter to take extra precautions with fluids any damage caused by plumbing freeze up will be charged to the renter. Roof storage, sitting and standing on roof is NOT allowed at any time. SMOKING is not permitted inside the motorhome. PETS are not allowed.
· All drivers must be at least 25 years of age with a valid driver’s license. We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone at our discretion.
· Renters are responsible for checking tire pressure, engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels at each refuelling. Pre-authorised on-road maintenance expenses will be reimbursed. All defective parts must be returned for refund. Renters may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.
· The renter will be charged for any damage to the awning, the awning must be stored properly. It is recommended that the awning is stored in any windy conditions.
· All gasoline and propane refuelling is at the renter’s expense. We assume no liability for fuel consumption. Motorhome must be returned with full fuel tanks.
Motorhome pick-up and return
Vehicle pick-up time is 1300 – 1700 hr. Allow 1 hour for orientation and paperwork.
Vehicle return time is 0800 – 1100 hr. Renter agrees to return the vehicle in same condition as received. Motorhome must be returned on time or a late fee of $70.00 per hour will be charged against security deposit.
Cleaning
We are proud of the condition in which we keep our vehicles. To avoid extra cleaning charges of up to $200, please return vehicles clean inside and out. A fee of $25 will be charged if holding tanks are not returned empty.
Substitutions
We will make every effort to provide you with our motor home. In case it is not available, we will substitute the rental deposit and do our best to find an alternative.
